These Terms & Conditions govern the Allocation Exchange text messaging program (the “Program”), operated by AANT & SONS (“Allocation Exchange,” “we,” “us”). By opting in you agree to these terms.
Allocation Exchange sends text messages to franchise dealership staff (trade, sales, and inventory managers) offering to purchase specific vehicles the dealership is holding in inventory, identified by VIN, and to negotiate and complete wholesale dealer-to-dealer trades. This is a business-to-business marketing program.
You may opt in by submitting your mobile number and checking the consent box on our opt-in form at allocationexchange.com/opt-in, or by providing your mobile number to an Allocation Exchange representative in the course of dealer-to-dealer trade dealings. Opting in constitutes your consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any trade or purchase.
Message frequency varies based on inventory and trade activity, typically 1–4 messages per week.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Allocation Exchange does not charge for the messages.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will receive no further messages. To resubscribe, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
