Business contact information you provide, such as dealership name, your name and role, work email, and mobile number. We collect this when you sign up on our opt-in form or provide it in the course of dealer-to-dealer trade dealings.
To send you vehicle trade offers and to negotiate and complete wholesale trades; to respond to your replies and inquiries; and to maintain records of consent and opt-out requests as required for compliance.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with service providers who help us operate the messaging program (for example, our messaging platform provider), and only to the extent needed to deliver messages on our behalf. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing.
We retain contact and consent records only as long as needed to operate the program and meet legal and compliance obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold.
